  • Good work experience and Knowledge in Automotive System Components.
  • Good know-how of testing methodologies and test strategies for ECU validation.
  • Experience in setting up Test bench & configurations for ECUs (Familiar with HIL system functionality, hardware/software tool set, Hardware IO requirements, Sensor and actuator signal interfaces)
  • Identification of root cause for defects observed during verification & reporting the defects
  • Experience with CANoe/ CANalyzer or any other analysing tools.
  • Basic knowledge of the CAN, LIN, Ethernet communication and diagnostic protocols.
  • Should have the ability for Automated testing through Scripting languages like CAPL (expert level), VTestStudio (basic), python (basic)
  • Basic Knowledge on VT System and vector tools.
  • Know-how of Model Based Development programming tools (Matlab SIMULINK) is an advantage.

  • Perform requirement analysis, develop test strategies and test specification for ECU V&V.

  • Responsible for Test script creation, issue analysis and documentation.

  • Prepare test bench setup for ECUs - Component testing, Integration Testing and Diagnostics Testing.

  • Perform ECU functionality test execution, Automation tool scripting, verification and validation on HIL Environment

  • Identification of root cause for the defects found during validation and reporting the defects.

  • Ability to analyze the issues and fix them within the specified period.
  • Working with team and able to plan project /activities
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to execute tasks independently and bring to closure in time.
