Senior Test Engineer

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Build test automation capability for the GPB Core Banking Platform (Avaloq)
• Lead the design and development of an Avaloq Test Suite with high automation coverage, continually optimising and extending it
• Keep automation levels consistently optimised to minimise manual intervention, including selecting tools to maximise performance
• Ensure products and services meet all mandatory and regulatory compliance requirements
• Maintain group controls within pod activities and resolve remediation activities swiftly
• Be accountable for the platform's operational stability, integrity, and availability
• Functionally manage the team to ensure the automation suite is delivered and operated in line with customer needs

• Strong testing background, including test automation using TestMaster
• Solid understanding of the Private Banking domain
• Experience working on the Avaloq platform, with strong technical capability in Avaloq scripting and DDIC; knowledge of Avaloq reporting/interfaces
• Proven debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ability to design and develop IT solutions in line with agreed solution designs, with a continuous improvement mindset
• Accountability for appropriate unit and integration test coverage
• Strong leadership skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to define and document solutions with structured analysis techniques
• Experience working across one or more functional domains and adapting quickly to new business areas
