Senior Test Engineer

We are looking for a senior Test Engineer with proven capabilities in mixed-signal program coding, debugging (include test hardware/software development), also production support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coding/debug mixed-signal program for new product, (include HW design, like LB, probecard…).
• Characterization/qual for new product.
• RMA verification and program update.
• Test time reduction and yield improvement.
• Inline hold lot disposition, communicate and work with the functional team to drill down/resolve ATE yield problem and capacity issue.
• communicate and work with the design, AE to verify/fix RMA problem.
• other duties maybe required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BSEE or higher required, with Minimum of 5+ years of experience in production maintenance/sustain for mixed signal ICs.
• with 3+ years experience in mixed signal program development.
• Software Skills: C or C++ programming. Analog Mixed Signal Testers: Advantest 93k. Other Tester platform experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytic, problem solving and programming skills.
• Good with digital and analog device debugging skills for Advantest 93K.
• Able to travel.
• Good communications skills in both Chinese and English.
