About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer to manage end-to-end testing activities, with a strong focus on migration testing, test strategy, test planning, data validation, and defect management.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with business users, product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure testing activities are aligned with project objectives and delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies and test plans.
• Manage end-to-end testing activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan and execute migration testing activities.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness following system migrations.
• Identify and assess testing risks and define appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Manage defects from identification through resolution and closure.
• Coordinate testing activities across business, product, and technical teams.
• Collaborate closely with business users, product owners, and development teams.
• Track testing progress, quality metrics, and project readiness.
• Drive quality improvements through structured and effective testing processes.
• Support smooth and controlled system transitions during migration projects.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of relevant testing experience.
• Strong experience in test strategy and test planning.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end testing activities.
• Strong migration testing experience.
• Experience with data validation and migration quality assurance.
• Strong defect management and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with business users, product owners, and development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile ways of working.
• Experience in test management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate should be a structured and quality-focused Test Engineer who can independently manage testing activities while effectively coordinating with technical and business stakeholders.

Experience in large-scale system or data migration projects will be highly valued.
