Job Overview
The Senior Test Engineer is responsible for power supply & component evaluation testing and ATE integration configuration, aiming to realize test standardization, automation and continuously improve test efficiency.
This position reports to the Shanghai R&D Department Lead and will be located in Shanghai.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects, set schedules, and priorities.
- Responsible for breaking down language and cultural communication barriers across cross-regional teams.
- Develop hardware and software to test all types of power supply and controller products.
- Establish unified test specifications, realize test standardization and automation, and continuously improve test efficiency.
- Test and analyze product failures, summarize root causes and optimization suggestions.
- Apply digital and analog circuit expertise to design test fixtures and test platforms.
- Leverage computer application capabilities to develop, debug and deploy test software codes.
- Regularly summarize test experience, iterate test schemes and continuously lift overall test quality in practical application.
- Deliver all assigned tasks with high quality and on schedule.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+(MS)-5+(BS) years’ experience in Test Engineering.
- Programming C/C++, Visual Basic, and Python preferred.
- Knowledge of GPIB instrumentation, National Instruments Labview/CVI.
- General knowledge of burn-in facilities and techniques, and safety testing.
- Good knowledge of Power Electronics.
- Deep knowledge of power conversion device, and IPC9592 desirable.
- Good capability and skills of kicking- through multiple tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (both English and Mandarin)
