Summary
Senior Test Engineer testing health claims processing systems in the health insurance space: designing and executing manual test plans, cases, and scenarios, reproducing and resolving defects with cross-functional teams, and analyzing logs and reports. Requires 3-5 years of software testing experience, ideally in health insurance. On-site in the Mumbai area (Thane/Navi Mumbai).
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough testing of health claims processing systems to identify defects and bugs.
- Develop and execute manual testing plans, scripts, and scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage of system functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reproduce issues, troubleshoot problems, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., logs, reports) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in software testing with a focus on health insurance industry or related fields.
- Strong understanding of health claims processing systems and processes.
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques including creation of test cases, execution, reporting results.
