Senior Test Manager (PCB)
This role serves as the primary liaison between the test team and stakeholders, leading the end-to-end execution of large-scale test programs, framework designs, and cross-functional testing activities. The successful candidate will oversee defect tracking, perform root cause failure analyses, and collaborate closely with R&D and suppliers to drive corrective actions and process improvements. Additionally, they will provide factory-floor engineering support, manage test equipment maintenance and upgrades, and train technical staff to optimize manufacturing quality and cost efficiency
Requirements
- University degree in
electrical /electronic/mechatronic engineering discipline
- Experience of the
design and implementation of automated test systems, tool/jig for supporting
test.
- Experience creating
tests for a wide range of electronic and electro-mechanical devices.
- Minumum of 8–12+
years of experience in test engineering.
- Experience in
setting up of Programs / fixture setup and/or modify / improve test program and
be able make failure analysis (FA) report.
- Experience developing test plans,
test strategies, and supporting documentation
