Introduction & Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tester with extensive experience in Quality Assurance, particularly within Agile teams. The ideal candidate will hold an ISTQB Certification and possess over 8 years of professional experience in testing complex software systems, including web and mobile applications. A strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment are essential qualities for success in this role.
Main Responsibilities
As a Senior Tester, your core duties will include:
Ensuring QA activities are conducted efficiently and adhere to current quality standards.
Designing and analyzing new test cases and scenarios.
Planning and executing tests while managing defect reports.
Recommending actions based on test outcomes.
Collaborating closely with Automation Testers for optimal test suite coverage.
Engaging with the Scrum team to maintain delivery quality.
Key Requirements
ISTQB Certification
Ability to support QA activities across delivery teams
Attention to detail, quality, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in international environments
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools/processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Individual contributor with 8+ years in Quality Assurance
Experience defining, executing, and reporting tests for software
Proficient in web and mobile testing
Experience with cloud-based mobile testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack)
System testing experience on modern UI (Web/Mobile)
API Testing expertise using Postman and Swagger
Experience with test management tools (e.g., qTest)
Practical knowledge of Jira/Confluence
Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days in office/week)
Nice to Have
Automation Testing Experience
Working knowledge of the PEGA platform
Familiarity with AI testing tools
Experience with SAFE methodology
