Senior Testing and Validation Engineer

The Member Company in Piemonte is seeking an engineer to contribute to driveline and e-Powertrain validation across the full product development cycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

You will define validation plans, design and run test setups, acquire and analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve test procedures while aligning with product design and development teams.

Definition of validation plans based on FMEA and reliability targets Definition of test setups, instrumentation, and testing conditions Execution and monitoring of testing activities on bench and vehicle Acquisition, processing, and analysis of experimental data Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues related to driveline systems Definition and continuous improvement of test procedures and methodologies Collaboration with product design and development teams
