Senior Third-Party Risk & Supplier Management Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Vendor Risk & Procurement Consultant to support supplier onboarding, risk assessment and vendor management activities across global markets. This role combines research, compliance, stakeholder management and supplier negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct supplier and market research to identify suitable vendors.

  • Engage with third-party suppliers and manage vendor relationships.

  • Lead supplier onboarding and due diligence activities.

  • Perform compliance and risk assessments, including:

    • BRIDGE

    • Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) checks

    • Adverse media screening

    • Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA)

  • Negotiate supplier rates and commercial terms.

  • Analyze supplier data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.

  • Maintain accurate supplier documentation and risk records.

  • Support procurement, risk and compliance initiatives across multiple regions.

Requirements

  • Strong research and analytical skills.

  • Experience in procurement, vendor management, third-party risk or compliance.

  • Strong understanding of third-party onboarding and due diligence processes.

  • Experience with BRIDGE, ABC checks, adverse media screening and PIA activities.

  • Confidence in engaging with external suppliers and stakeholders.

  • Experience negotiating supplier pricing and commercial agreements.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

A proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in procurement, risk and compliance, who can effectively manage supplier relationships while ensuring adherence to internal governance and onboarding requirements.
