Key Skills Required
- Hands-on experience in Threat Hunting and proactive identification of cyber threats.
- Minimum 5+ years of dedicated experience in Hypothesis-Based and Intelligence-Led Threat Hunting.
- Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK Framework and attacker techniques.
- Experience with EDR/XDR tools such as CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne.
- Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Google SecOps.
- Strong hands-on experience in KQL, SPL, SQL or other security query languages.
- Experience in Incident Response, Threat Investigation and Security Analysis.
- Knowledge of ransomware, APT attacks, lateral movement, credential theft and malware analysis.
- Experience in Cloud Security (AWS, Azure or GCP).
- Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell or Bash.
- Experience in Detection Engineering, creating detection rules and improving security monitoring.
Preferred Skills
- Strong experience in Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR).
- Experience in large enterprise environments (10,000+ endpoints).
- Experience with Threat Intelligence platforms such as Recorded Future and Mandiant.
- Knowledge of SOAR and security automation.
- Experience in MDR, MSSP, Enterprise SOC or Cyber Defence environments.
- Banking, Financial Services, Insurance or other regulated industry experience.
- Certifications: GCIH, GCFA, GCTI, GCIA, GMON or CISSP.
Must-have: 8+ Years Cybersecurity Experience + 5+ Years Dedicated Threat Hunting + MITRE ATT&CK + SIEM/EDR/XDR + Hands-on Threat Investigation.
