Senior TikTok Shop Operations & Growth Manager at Our3Lives.

Role Overview:
- Our3Lives is looking for a senior TikTok Shop operator to run and scale our shop operations and affiliate program.
- This is a hands-on operations and growth role focused on Seller Center, affiliates, creators, and GMV.
- This is not a social media marketing, graphic design, or content creation role.
- We need someone who has already operated and scaled high-volume TikTok Shops and knows exactly what drives affiliate GMV.

Core Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Seller Center operations, including product listings, promotions, and account health.
- Oversee multiple shops and high order volumes while keeping operations running smoothly.
- Recruit creators, set and manage commission structures, and build long-term affiliate partnerships.
- Own GMV targets and execute the strategies that move them.
- Manage sample distribution, track creator ROI, and drive shoppable content and LIVE performance.
- Monitor shop and affiliate performance data and continuously optimize campaigns, products, and creator mix.
- Keep the shop compliant with TikTok Shop policies, resolve violations, and manage appeals.
- Build and execute the plan to grow affiliate-driven GMV to the next level.

Required Qualifications:
- High-volume TikTok Shop experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience scaling affiliate-generated GMV from approximately $20K–$50K/month to $1M+/month.
- Expert-level knowledge of TikTok Seller Center and Affiliate Center.
- Experience managing multiple accounts and large affiliate networks.
- Deep understanding of GMV, commissions, sampling, LIVE selling, and TikTok Shop analytics.
- Ability to execute independently with minimal direction.

Compensation and Location:
- Pay: $8–9 USD/hour, with higher pay possible depending on experience.
- Location: Remote, open to candidates based in Latin America.
