About the Business

Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry free.

Key Responsibilities

• Hotel and land service bookings.

• Communication with hotels and land suppliers.

• Client relationship building

• Communication in English, troubleshooting with partners and suppliers.

• Customer service via phone.

• Administration.

To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have:

• University degree in tourism or at least 3 years experience in the sector.

• Fluency in English.

• Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, confident and polite attitude.

• High tolerance, flexibility, empathy and resilience.

• Good problem solving and concentration skills, precision and meeting deadlines.

• Solid computer skills.

Advantageous:

• Italian / French / Spanish knowledge.

• Experience in a similar position.
