Lead Albany-area senior traffic and transportation projects in a NYSDOT-centered market, supporting traffic engineering, safety analysis, highway and bridge-adjacent transportation work, municipal approvals, client relationships, agency coordination, and multidisciplinary project delivery across New York.

Lead transportation and civil engineering projects from concept through delivery while managing teams, budgets, scope, schedule, client relationships, proposals, public processes, QA/QC, and safe, efficient mobility solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead mid-to-large-scale transportation and traffic projects from setup through planning, safety analysis, design strategy, project kick-off, delivery, and closeout.
• Manage project budgets, scope, schedules, staffing, billing, QA/QC, client updates, agency coordination, and timely delivery of high-quality transportation deliverables.
• Collaborate with teams, clients, partners, stakeholders, and approving agencies to align project goals, navigate public processes, and implement municipal approvals.
• Prepare winning proposals, support interviews, serve as a primary client contact, and partner with Client Services to grow trusted relationships and new business opportunities.
• Provide clear direction, motivation, mentorship, and technical leadership while representing Fisher in professional organizations, business boards, and community activities.
