Senior Transversal Project Manager Consultant

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is looking for a Senior Transversal Project Manager for a consultancy mission supporting digital projects within an Affluent and Private Banking environment in Brussels. You will be hired by Keystone Solutions and represent us as a K-Stone while working within the client's environment under our consultancy model.

Responsibilities:

Under the Keystone Solutions consultancy model, you will be responsible for:

• Project governance.
• Leading project boards or steering committees.
• Project monitoring and reporting.
• Risk and issue management.
• Capacity planning and resource management.
• Budget management.
• Performance management.
• Process improvement.
• Time management.
• Following up on project documentation and change control.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: strong written and spoken communication skills.
• French: strong written and spoken communication skills.
• English: strong written and spoken communication skills.

Education and Experience:

• Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• No specific certification is required.
• No specific travel requirement is indicated.

Technical and Business Knowledge:

• Mandatory: fluency with SharePoint and Office 365.
• Preferable: DocuSign experience is a strong asset.
• No additional mandatory business experience is specified.
• Preferable: experience in private banking is an asset.

Working Model:

The expected working arrangement is 50% on site in Brussels and 50% homeworking. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work directly in the client environment while maintaining your identity as a K-Stone and representing Keystone Solutions throughout the engagement.
