The role requires strategic thinking, excellent vendor management skills, and a customer-focused mindset to support employee mobility and satisfaction. ## Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and continuously improve corporate travel policies and procedures. - Manage end-to-end travel operations including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, visas, and travel insurance. - Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other vendors to negotiate contracts and secure the best rates. - Monitor and control travel budgets, ensuring cost-effective travel planning. - Ensure compliance with travel policy and approval workflows. - Track and analyze travel data, identify trends, and provide reports with actionable insights. - Address and resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies promptly. - Lead and support the Travel Desk team, providing guidance and training as needed. - Implement tools and technologies to streamline the travel booking and reimbursement process. - Stay up to date on travel regulations, safety protocols, and risk management strategies. - Ensure traveler safety and well-being through proactive risk assessments and contingency planning. - Collaborate with HR and Admin teams to support relocation or expatriate travel arrangements. ## Qualifications - **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, or related field. - **Experience**: 10+ years of experience in corporate travel management, with at least 2-3 years in a senior or leadership role. - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. - Solid understanding of global travel regulations and risk management practices. - Proficiency in travel management software (e.g., SAP Concur, Egencia, etc.). - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities. - Experience working in a fast-paced, global corporate environment preferred. ## Preferred Skills - Familiarity with corporate relocation processes and expatriate services. - Knowledge of sustainability practices in corporate travel. ## Experience - Minimum of **10+ years** in corporate travel management. ## Environment - Work location is **Hyderabad** with a **work from office** model. ## Salary *Estimated salary range is not provided.* ## Growth Opportunities *Information related to potential career advancement opportunities is not provided.* ## Benefits *Details about offered benefits are not provided.*
