Senior Treasury Analyst
Overview
Reporting to the Treasurer and working closely with the Treasury Manager, the Senior Treasury Analyst will support Edged's treasury operations, with a focus on debt administration, cash flow forecasting, and day-to-day coordination with lenders and external capital partners.
Key Responsibilities
Debt Portfolio Support: Assist the Treasurer and Treasury Manager in monitoring the debt portfolio, contribute to the preparation of quarterly loan compliance (and tracking financial covenants) and investor reporting
Cash & Liquidity Monitoring: Support day-to-day cash positioning and liquidity tracking across the EDC platform, escalating funding needs to the Treasurer as they arise
Assist in building and maintaining cash flow forecasts and budgets, under the direction of the Treasurer and Treasury Manager
Provide analytical support to the Treasury Manager and Corporate Development team during debt financing discussions, helping to identify operational considerations within future financings
Support the preparation and processing of monthly debt draws and equity capital calls
Help maintain day-to-day communication and documentation with lenders and banking partners, under the guidance of the Treasurer
Maintain accurate, well-organized treasury files, trackers, and reporting templates to support the broader team's efficiency
Qualifications
Skills & Requirements
3 to 5 years of capital markets, treasury management, or asset management experience within a real estate or digital infrastructure investment firm or investment/corporate bank focused on the commercial real estate sector
Foundational understanding of corporate finance concepts; interest in developing knowledge of debt capital markets
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Analytical and structured thinker, with the ability to multi-task and exercise independent judgement
Advanced Excel skills and demonstrated skills in financial modeling. Strong understanding of valuation and financial metrics
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
High attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-moving environment
Excellent writing and communication skills
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or a related field
Exposure to digital infrastructure, real estate, or project finance is a plus, but not required
