In this role, you will be deeply involved in the lifecycle of structured finance facilities, from setting up warehouse lines to structuring term securitisation transactions. You will act as a key analytical anchor, managing data verification processes (AUPs), reviewing legal documentation, maintaining investor relationships, and ensuring the business is fully prepared for external audits and due diligence reviews.Key Responsibilities and Duties:Assist in structuring warehouse facilities, term public transactions, and private placements.Review legal documentation (e.g., Information Memorandums, Trust Deeds, Facility Agreements) alongside legal and treasury leadership to ensure commercial alignment.Build and maintain cash flow models to analyze capital structures, subordination levels, and pricing metrics.Execute daily or monthly warehouse funding requests, ensuring asset eligibility and concentration limits are met.Perform portfolio analytics to identify performance trends, credit risks, and optimization strategies for funding pools.Manage Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUPs) with external auditors to ensure data integrity during transaction launches.Support the negotiation, review and ongoing management of warehouse facilitiesPrepare high-quality presentations and pitch decks for banks, institutional investors, and rating agencies.Serve as a point of contact for investor queries, delivering timely and accurate portfolio data.Coordinate investor audits and operational due diligence (ODD) reviews by gathering data and walking partners through internal processes.About YouMinimum 5 years’ experience in treasury, debt capital markets, structured finance or securitization ideally within banking or non-bank lending.Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, economics, commerce or a related disciplineStrong analytical, financial modelling and reporting skills, able to collate and present insights to support business decisionsGood understanding of RMBS, securitisation and financial marketsEnjoy working in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.Ability to work effectively under pressure on multiple projects and meet deadlines.Highly organised, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing deliverables.Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic environmentBe able to effectively communicate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
