Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring daily cash balances and cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity to meet payments

• Prepare and review bank account administration and documentation to ensure documentation accuracy, timeliness and compliance

• Communicate effectively with bankers and appropriate follow‑up on banking matters

• Compile and prepare reports for management review

• Maintain accurate and well‑organized filing systems and develop internal procedures to facilitate departmental cash flow management

• Provide ongoing guidance, training, and support to employees to ensure performance aligns with business objectives

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and internal requirements

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in banking, auditing or loan administration

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or Accounting (CFA/CPA preferred)

• Possess excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Advanced in MS-Excel, MS-Office and MS-PowerPoint

• Detail‑oriented with strong numerical skills and familiarity with banking procedures

• Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and accountability, with sound analytical and problem‑solving skills

• Strong time management and organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without comprising quality
