As a Senior Treasury Specialist, you will work closely with the Treasury Lead to improve how the treasury function operates. You will analyze existing processes, identify operational inefficiencies, drive automation initiatives, improve reporting, and take ownership of cross-functional improvement projects while remaining hands-on with core treasury operations when needed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, structuring complex workflows, and turning ideas into scalable processes.

Your Mission

• Execute and oversee incoming and outgoing payment transactions (fiat and crypto)

• Monitor transaction flows and ensure timely, accurate processing

• Perform reconciliations across internal systems, PSPs, and bank accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies

• Support daily treasury operations and ensure business continuity when required

• Analyze treasury workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement

• Design, optimize, and automate treasury processes to improve operational efficiency

• Translate operational challenges into clear business requirements for Analytics and Development teams

• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of process improvements

• Analyze transaction data, settlements, fees, routing performance, and operational KPIs

• Prepare reports and dashboards to support Treasury, Finance, Banking, Client Success, and Management

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Banking, Acquiring, Finance, Product, Analytics, and Engineering

• Partner with the Treasury Lead to drive operational excellence and take ownership of process improvement initiatives from analysis through implementation

What Makes You a Great Fit

• At least 3 years of experience in treasury, payment operations, fintech operations, or similar roles

• Strong understanding of payment flows, settlements, PSPs, banking operations, and transaction lifecycle

• Hands-on experience with payment execution, reconciliations, and transactional operations

• Practical understanding of crypto transactions and operational processes

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large operational datasets

• Experience improving, optimizing, or automating operational workflows and processes

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, large datasets)

• Ability to structure problems and communicate requirements clearly to analysts or developers

• High level of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Good English and fluent Russian
