About the Role

We are seeking an experienced TypeScript Developer (6–8 years) with deep expertise in modern web application development and AWS Serverless architectures. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in high‑scale environments, enjoy building clean, reliable cloud-native systems, and can work across both frontend and backend using Next.js, Node.js, and GraphQL.

You will design and implement serverless applications using AWS Lambda, AWS CDK, and integration patterns such as SQS, SNS, and EventBridge, while ensuring robust monitoring through CloudWatch and OpenTelemetry. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain modern web applications using TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using GraphQL and Node.js.
• Architect and deploy serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, AWS CDK, DynamoDB, and event-driven patterns.
• Implement integration patterns including SQS, SNS, and EventBridge.
• Ensure observability and reliability using CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry, and structured logging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
• Follow best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.

Required Competencies

• Digital: Node.js, AWS, Data & Analytics
• Strong experience with TypeScript, Next.js, GraphQL, Node.js
• Deep knowledge of AWS Serverless (Lambda, DynamoDB, CDK)
• Experience with integration patterns (SQS, SNS, EventBridge)
• Monitoring and observability (CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry)
• Modern web application development principles

Essential Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of professional experience in modern web development
• Advanced TypeScript proficiency
• In-depth knowledge of Node.js (must be strong)
• Hands-on experience with Next.js (React alone does not qualify)
• Strong AWS experience, especially serverless technologies
• Experience building GraphQL APIs
• Experience with event-driven architectures
• Strong understanding of cloud monitoring and distributed tracing

Desirable Skills

• Experience in large-scale digital environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
