Senior UI Designer (Tech Debt)

About the role

Are you passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences?

We are looking for a Senior UI Designer with a strong visual focus and a passion for designing high-quality digital products. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to transform ideas into engaging, intuitive, and scalable experiences.

What you'll do

• Lead UI design in key areas of the product.
• Convert concepts and user flows into engaging and functional visual experiences.
• Design high-quality interfaces, interaction patterns, and prototypes.
• Participate in the evolution of Design Systems and visual standards.
• Collaborate in the definition of new products and functionalities.
• Explore and implement real-world Artificial Intelligence use cases within design and user experience processes.
• Work alongside Product, Development, and Design teams to ensure a consistent and excellent experience.

What we're looking for

• More than 3 years of experience in UI Design, Visual Design, or Product Design.
• Demonstrable experience designing modern, high-quality digital interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience working with Design Systems.
• Solid knowledge of UX and Product Thinking.
• Experience in prototyping and Interaction Design.
• High level of English (minimum B2), capable of conducting oneself in international meetings.
• Updated portfolio showing projects, design decisions, and achieved impact.

Highly valued

• Experience conceptualizing new products or functionalities.
• Regular use of AI tools such as Codex, Claude or similar.
• Having applied AI in design, research, ideation, or prototyping processes.
• An ownership mindset and results orientation.
• Interest in complex technological environments and continuous learning.

🏠 Modality: Hybrid (2-3 days on-site per week)
