Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/Product Designer with a strong portfolio of shipped consumer products. The ideal candidate has real experience designing bidirectional (LTR/RTL) interfaces, thinks in systems rather than one-off screens, and can deliver high-quality work independently with minimal ramp-up time.

Responsibilities:

  • Design high-fidelity user interfaces and end-to-end product flows for web and/or mobile.
  • Contribute to and maintain a shared design system, ensuring consistency across products.
  • Design for both left-to-right and right-to-left language layouts.
  • Collaborate closely with UX research, product, and engineering to ground designs in real user needs.
  • Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped consumer products (web and/or mobile).
  • Demonstrated experience designing bidirectional (LTR/RTL) interfaces.
  • Strong systems thinking experience designing within and contributing to a shared design system.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma or equivalent).
  • Strong visual design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, and interaction design.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work with minimal ramp-up time.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across design, product, and engineering.

Preferred:

  • Experience designing for bilingual/multilingual user bases.
  • Experience in high-trust or high-stakes product categories (finance, identity, marketplaces, real estate).
  • Experience designing for native mobile apps alongside web.
  • Familiarity with design-to-code handoff and coded design systems (e. g., Tailwind-based).
