Senior UI/UX Design Lead

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for websites and mobile applications.
1+ year of experience leading designers or design teams.
Ability to analyze user needs, motivations, and pain points.
Experience creating and maintaining Design Systems.
Experience presenting design solutions to clients and stakeholders.
General understanding of HTML and CSS principles.
Ability to work with AI tools.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Knowledge of modern design trends.

Would Be a Plus:
English Upper-Intermediate+.
Experience working in Spline.
Experience with SaaS or AI products.

Responsibilities:
Designing and developing mobile applications and web pages.
Creating UX and UI kits / design systems.
Developing logic and wireframes for websites, mobile apps, and SaaS platforms.
Conducting research and developing user personas and flows.
Creating infographics and icons when needed.
Supporting the project through all stages of development.
