Senior UI/UX designer (individual contributor) on the product team, owning end-to-end design of complex enterprise SaaS features in Noida — from discovery and journey mapping to high-fidelity prototyping, design-system components, accessibility (WCAG), and research/analytics-driven validation using Figma.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our product team as a key individual
contributor. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design of complex, enterprise-level SaaS
solutions. You will serve as a subject matter expert in design, bridging the gap between user needs,
business goals, and technical feasibility.
This role is ideal for a seasoned designer who prefers to focus on the craft, strategy, and execution of
design and can significantly influence the product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities include
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead the design process for complex features and products, from initial
discovery and user journey mapping to high-fidelity prototyping and developer handoff.
- Iterative Design: Drive the iterative design cycle by mapping complex flows, validating concepts
with customers, and rapidly refining designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Complex Problem Solving: Tackle challenging edge cases and architectural design problems
within a tech or SaaS environment, ensuring a seamless user experience across a massive scale.
- Strategic Influence: Collaborate with Business and Product partners to shape product strategy,
ensuring that design direction aligns with market viability and technical constraints.
- Design Systems Advocacy: Identify, build, and maintain common components within our design
system to support a wide array of customer use cases and ensure UI consistency.
- Brand Alignment: Partner with the Global Marketing and Branding teams to ensure all digital
experiences are compliant with global brand strategy and digital experience framework.
- Design Governance: Adhere to and improve design governance processes to maintain high
quality and unified vision across the product suite.
- Evidence-Based Design: Conduct and apply primary customer research to inform design
decisions.
- Impact Measurement: Define and measure success using both qualitative (usability testing) and
quantitative (product analytics) methods
- Storytelling: Use compelling narratives to bring design directions to life, effectively communicating
"the why" behind design decisions to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Development teams to ensure technical
feasibility and high-fidelity implementation of designs.
- Expert Facilitation: Demonstrate high-level synthesis skills by integrating feedback from multiple
teams and facilitating outcome-focused design discussions.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of professional product design experience, specifically focused on
complex enterprise software or high-scale SaaS environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools such as
Sketch, Framer, Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Proven ability to leverage AI to enhance design workflows and a deep understanding of the
UX challenges unique to AI products (e.g., bias, trust, and feedback loops)
- A strong understanding of design systems and the ability to scale components
for diverse use cases.
- Accessibility: Well versed with WCAG standards, ADA and EAA.
- Proven track record in Agile environments, utilizing iterative design processes
and rapid validation.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a specific talent for
negotiation and conflict resolution in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to operate with high independence in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable navigating through complex requirements and evolving
project scopes.
- A deep understanding of how design impacts business goals and market
positioning.
