What you will do:

• Design intuitive and user-centric experiences for analytics, reporting, and commercial intelligence products
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and requirements discovery sessions
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business SMEs, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Development teams
• Ensure consistency across user interfaces, design systems, and digital products
• Support usability testing and continuous improvement initiatives

What we are looking for:

• Advanced English for collaboration with global teams
• Solid experience in UI/UX Design for enterprise applications
• Strong experience with Figma and modern design systems
• Experience designing data-intensive platforms, dashboards, analytics, or BI solutions
• Knowledge of user research, usability testing, and human-centered design methodologies
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, or Commercial/Trading platforms
• Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional product teams
• Background in agriculture, commodities, supply chain, or commercial analytics
