Senior UI/UX Designer (Angular)

KalSoft is seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design and development of intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UI/UX design, strong frontend development capabilities, and a passion for creating visually appealing and highly functional products within the fintech domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design seamless and engaging user experiences for web-based applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and interactive designs.
• Develop responsive and modern UI designs aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Conduct usability reviews and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and adherence to UI/UX best practices across all products.
• Work with frontend technologies to support and guide design implementation.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in UI/UX Design and user experience development.
• Strong expertise in UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and user-centered design principles.
• Hands-on frontend development experience with Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Experience designing responsive web applications and reusable UI components.
• Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and design systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive and effective user experiences.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Fintech, banking, or financial services industry experience is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on enterprise-level applications.
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and component libraries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design expertise and successful project delivery.
