Senior UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead user experience and interface design across our digital products. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end design process—from research and ideation to high-fidelity visuals—creating intuitive, scalable, and impactful user experiences while closely partnering with Product and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design & Strategy

• Own end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile products.

• Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive user journeys and elegant interfaces.

• Create personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UX standards across products.

• Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all platforms.

User Research & Experience Optimization

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.

• Analyze user feedback and product insights to continuously improve experience.

• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders.

• Champion user-centered design thinking across the organization.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure accurate design implementation.

• Participate in product discovery and design reviews.

• Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and incorporate feedback effectively.

Quality & Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

• Ensure accessibility, usability, and scalability across all designs.

• Proactively suggest enhancements to existing products and design processes.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX Design for digital products (web & mobile).

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process and polished UI execution.

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility standards.

• Experience building and maintaining design systems.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in AdTech / MarTech / SaaS / Product environments is a plus.
