- Passionate about designing accessible, intuitive, and engaging products, leveraging established design systems while recognising when enhancements or new patterns may be needed.
- Able to simplify complex user journeys, improve existing experiences, and make thoughtful trade-offs that consider customer value, business priorities, and technical constraints.
- Builds strong working relationships with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineers, and other cross-functional partners to shape solutions and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- A collaborative designer who enjoys sharing ideas, seeking feedback, mentoring others, and contributing to a positive and inclusive design culture.
- Communicates design rationale confidently and clearly, tailoring messaging to different audiences and helping stakeholders understand customer needs and design decisions.
- Maintains excellent design practice within Figma, ensuring files are organised, scalable, and easy for others to navigate through consistent naming conventions, version control, and component management.
