Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces and experiences that are not only visually appealing but also user-friendly. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement across our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and translate them into design concepts. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. - Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products. - Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve our design processes. Required Skills: - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. - Experience with front-end technologies, particularly React.js, is a plus. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
