Knowledge of key recruiting skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection, selling and negotiating techniques, as well as candidate management system.
Good knowledge on latest IT Technologies and concepts like Big Data, Cloud, AI and Machine Learning etc.
Must have 5-10 years of US IT recruitment experience
Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple opportunities at one time
Ability to work in a very high volume, fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
Proven ability to work independently
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem resolution. Excellent planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills
Results oriented. Ability to plan week, month, and quarter with proven results
