Senior US IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with a strong background in US IT Staffing and direct client hiring. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in W2 recruitment, H1B transfers, candidate relationship management, and end-to-end recruitment delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements from sourcing to onboarding.
• Work closely with direct clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Handle W2 hiring, H1B transfer cases, and other employment categories as required.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Negotiate rates, manage offers, and ensure successful closures.
• Mentor junior recruiters and support team hiring goals when required.
• Maintain recruitment data and ensure compliance with client and internal processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in US IT Staffing, preferably supporting direct clients.
• Strong experience in W2 recruitment and H1B transfer processes.
• In-depth understanding of US staffing concepts, tax terms, visa classifications, and rate negotiations.
• Proven track record of successful placements and client delivery.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with direct clients is highly preferred.
• MSP experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong delivery experience across IT and niche technology requirements.
• Prior experience mentoring or guiding recruiters is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
