- 5+ years in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing
- Expert-level Meta Ads experience
- Proven experience managing $500K+ monthly spend
- Hands-on experience with TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, AppLovin
- Deep daily use of AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Gemini)
- Strong analytical and experimentation mindset
- Experience with web subscription-based or B2C products
- English B2+
