Senior User Acquisition

We’re looking for more than just a User Acquisition - we’re looking for someone who thinks strategically, takes ownership, and knows how to turn large budgets into consistent performance.

What we're looking for:
2+ years of hands-on experience with Snapchat Ads.
Experience managing monthly advertising budgets from $30K to $150K+.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
A proactive, ownership-driven approach to work.

What you'll do:
Build and scale the Snapchat acquisition channel from scratch.
Launch, test, and validate new ideas, creatives, and growth strategies.
Continuously analyze traffic performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Take full ownership of campaign performance and budget efficiency.
Work closely with the team to drive sustainable growth.
