The Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior User Researcher to join a Government Cyber environment, working across complex services and specialist user communities.
You'll lead research across discovery and delivery, using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods to understand complex user needs and influence product and service development. You'll need to be confident championing research through to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Essential Experience
- Senior User Researcher experience within Government or the public sector - minimum 2 years at a similar level.
- Experience researching with specialist users with complex needs.
- Strong hands-on experience across interviews, moderated research, stakeholder interviews and quantitative analysis.
- Proven ability to champion user research and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
- Experience working across Agile teams and discovery/research phases.
Desirable
- Previous experience with Government Cyber business needs or Cyber Services product development
- Experience establishing and championing a User Research function.
