Your role as Senior UX Consultant – Microsoft 365 & Teams
Bridge Partners is seeking a Senior UX Consultant to support enterprise user experience initiatives centered on Microsoft 365, Teams, and emerging Copilot experiences. This role will help design practical, user-centered experiences for complex and regulated workflows while working directly with stakeholders to review concepts, incorporate feedback, and refine solutions.
The successful candidate will bring strong enterprise UX capabilities and the ability to operate effectively in environments where stakeholder requirements, governance, and workflow complexity must be translated into clear and usable experiences.
How you’ll contribute
- Design enterprise user experiences for complex business and regulated workflows.
- Develop user-centered experiences for Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 environments, including Copilot-related experiences.
- Work directly with client stakeholders to understand needs, review designs, and incorporate feedback into subsequent iterations.
- Translate complex workflow requirements into intuitive user experiences and clear interaction patterns.
- Facilitate review cycles and use stakeholder input to improve and refine proposed experiences.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure UX recommendations are practical within the client’s technology environment.
- Help create cohesive user experiences across Microsoft 365 and Teams workflows.
- Communicate design rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Your skills and approach:
- Senior-level experience in enterprise UX design or a closely related user experience discipline.
- Demonstrated experience designing experiences for complex enterprise workflows.
- Experience working with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 experiences.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot or comparable AI-enabled enterprise experiences.
- Experience working directly with stakeholders through iterative design and review cycles.
- Ability to gather, synthesize, and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to balance user needs, workflow requirements, technical realities, and enterprise constraints.
- Experience working in regulated or high-accountability environments is relevant to this role.
- A portfolio or comparable work examples demonstrating enterprise UX experience is expected.

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this role is $100 to $115 per hour. The final rate will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location. Please note that the range listed applies specifically to this position and may vary for other roles.
