Senior UX Designer

Summary

Leads UX strategy and design for a pharmaceutical Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) system, translating complex business logic into intuitive workflows via prototyping, design system integration, and stakeholder collaboration.

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our client’s team in the pharmaceutical industry - 100% remote.

Highly autonomous Senior UX Designer to drive the UX strategy and design for our Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) system. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business logic and intuitive design - translating raw business requirements into efficient, user-friendly workflows. As a single UX representative in the team, you will be accountable for the entire UX cycle from idea to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Low & Hi-Fi prototyping: ability to handle full design flow from low fidelity wireframes for early alignment to pixel-perfect, interactive hi-fi prototypes for developer handoff

  • Design System integration: ability to adhere to and enhance our existing Design System guidelines

  • Autonomous collaboration: partner directly with stakeholders, business analysts and development team to transform complex requirements into clear and easy user flows without the need of hand holding

  • Accountability and proactiveness in driving UX strategy for the product design, including end-user involvement

  • UX Audits & Reviews: perform expert UX reviews on current system features to identify usability bottlenecks and propose actionable improvements

  • User Research & Testing (nice to have): plan, facilitate, and analyze usability testing session

Candidate profile:

  • Experience: 6+ years of proven UX/Product Design experience, ideally working on data-dense web applications and enterprise applications.

  • Design Tool: Figma (expert)

  • Evaluative Skills: Strong, practical methodology for UX audits and (nice to have) hands-on experience running usability sessions

  • Problem Solver: A proactive mindset, ability to evaluate ambiguous requirements, bring creative ideas to the table, and defend design decisions with user-centric reasoning

  • Nice to have: background in Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry, knowledge of clinical trials and risk assessment software
