Senior UX Designer (Customer Experience)

Responsibilities

1. Own customer-facing experiences (e.g., Notifications, Branded Pages) and drive overall experience quality;

2. Map user journeys, optimize key flows, and drive solutions to delivery;

3. Identify experience gaps and propose improvements to continuously enhance user experience;

4. Contribute to design systems and guidelines to improve consistency and quality

5. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality experiences.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with strong craft and the ability to deliver high-quality end-to-end experiences;

2. Strong system thinking, able to drive work from problem definition through to delivery;

3. Experience building or contributing to design systems;

4. Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams;

5. English proficiency as a working language.

Nice to have

1. Experience in B2B, SaaS, AI, or tool-based products (e.g., Page editors);

2. Curiosity for exploring AI tools, with hands-on experience applying them in real design work.
