Senior UX Designer

A major financial services organization is looking for a Senior UX Designer specializing in conversational experiences to join a digital innovation team responsible for enhancing customer interactions through an AI-powered digital assistant.

The role focuses on improving conversational journeys and designing intuitive dialogue flows that help customers interact more effectively with digital services.

Requirements

· Design and optimize conversational experiences for a digital assistant platform.

· Translate complex business processes into simple and intuitive conversation flows.

· Collaborate with designers, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences.

· Conduct usability testing and user research to refine conversation design.

· Analyze interaction data and user feedback to improve conversational performance.

· Maintain consistency in tone-of-voice, design patterns, and interaction standards.

· Support experimentation through A/B testing and iterative improvements.

Required Skills & Expertise

Must Have

· Minimum 5 years of experience in UX Design, Conversational UX, or UX Writing.

· Strong experience designing chatbot or conversational assistant interactions.

· Excellent Dutch language proficiency.

· Strong English communication skills.

· Experience with user research, usability testing, and interaction analysis.

· Ability to translate complex workflows into clear and intuitive user journeys.

Should Have / Nice to Have

· Knowledge of conversational AI, NLP, or chatbot technologies.

· Experience with UX design tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar prototyping platforms.

· Experience working within Agile product teams.

· Exposure to digital platforms or customer-facing applications.
