Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design, with a focus on wireframing, prototyping, user research, and usability testing. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and design solutions that meet business goals. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma. - Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout the design process. - Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices in UX design. - Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team. Required Skills: - Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools, particularly Figma. - Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing techniques. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - A portfolio showcasing your UX design work and process.
