As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be at the heart of designing user-centric products by leading end-to-end research activities. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product strategy, using data-driven insights to balance user needs with business objectives.

- 7+ years of experience in UX research using mixed methods.
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Statistics, or related field.
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research and analytics tools.
- Experience with benchmarking and product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude).
- Proven record of delivering research that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with complex B2B technical products.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to simplify complex findings.
- Experience in global teams is an added advantage.
