The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join P3 Digital Services for a 1-year long opportunity starting in November 2026.

You will work on a complex, data-driven digital product where excellent user experience needs to meet sophisticated technical requirements. Your role will cover the full UX/UI process, from understanding user needs and conducting research to developing interaction concepts, prototypes and implementation-ready designs.

The working model is 90% remote and approximately 10% onsite in Berlin.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct user research, interviews, workshops and usability testing
• Translate user needs and research findings into clear, validated design concepts
• Create user journeys, user flows and interaction models
• Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Create high-fidelity, implementation-ready UI designs in Figma
• Work with design-system components, variables and tokens
• Simplify complex, data-heavy workflows through intuitive UX/UI solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional product and development teams
• Document design decisions, interaction logic and component behavior
• Assess usability and accessibility and provide recommendations
• Present designs, research findings and recommendations to stakeholders

What we're looking for

• 3–6+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
• Proven experience designing complex, data-heavy or workflow-driven digital products
• Strong experience in user research, usability testing and design validation
• Solid experience creating user flows, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI
• Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design
• Excellent Figma knowledge, including Variables, Tokens and Dev Mode
• Experience designing web applications
• Experience working with cross-functional and/or Scrum teams
• German and English proficiency

• Experience with data visualization and dashboards
• Accessibility audits and accessibility-focused design
• UX metrics
• AI-assisted design
• Condens, UXTweak and/or UXPressia
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript
• Experience designing technical B2B applications or products in data-driven, engineering, mathematical or similar complex environments
