- Strong design fundamentals including typography, layout, color theory, and grid systems
- Knowledge of UI frameworks such as Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines, Bootstrap, and Tailwind
- Proficiency in Figma
- Presentation and communication skills
- Project estimation skills
- Active presence on platforms like Dribbble, Behance, or Twitter
- Experience writing blog posts about design
- Familiarity with no-code tools like Framer or Webflow
- Extra skills such as animation, branding, illustration, coding, or motion design
