Senior UX/UI Designer

Description

We are looking for a hands-on, delivery-focused Senior UX/UI Designer to create build-ready designs for web, intranet, enterprise portals, and mobile experiences.

Role overview

• Translate business and functional requirements into practical, tested designs
• Work closely with project managers, BAs, developers, and clients
• Ensure consistency, usability, and successful implementation across platforms

Requirements

Platforms and projects

• Public websites (government, free zone, enterprise)
• Intranets and employee experience platforms
• Business applications and workflows
• Mobile and responsive web apps
• Liferay DXP–based platforms and other frameworks

Key responsibilities

• Transform BRDs and user stories into user journeys, task flows, and screen flows
• Conduct UX discovery, stakeholder interviews, and validation workshops
• Deliver personas, journey maps, information architecture, and navigation models
• Design developer-ready UI, modular/reusable components, and design systems
• Handle Arabic and English layouts (RTL/LTR)
• Design for responsive, tablet, and kiosk use cases
• Create wireframes, clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Ensure visual consistency and clear specifications for development handover
