Description

We are looking for a hands-on, delivery-focused Senior UX/UI Designer to create build-ready designs for web, intranet, enterprise portals, and mobile experiences.

Role overview

Translate business and functional requirements into practical, tested designs
Work closely with project managers, BAs, developers, and clients
Ensure consistency, usability, and successful implementation across platforms

Requirements

Platforms and projects

Public websites (government, free zone, enterprise)
Intranets and employee experience platforms
Business applications and workflows
Mobile and responsive web apps
Liferay DXP–based platforms and other frameworks

Key responsibilities

Transform BRDs and user stories into user journeys, task flows, and screen flows
Conduct UX discovery, stakeholder interviews, and validation workshops
Deliver personas, journey maps, information architecture, and navigation models
Design developer-ready UI, modular/reusable components, and design systems
Handle Arabic and English layouts (RTL/LTR)
Design for responsive, tablet, and kiosk use cases
Create wireframes, clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Ensure visual consistency and clear specifications for development handover

Who you are

Experienced in regulated environments: employees, managers, vendors, citizens, students, startups
Strong sense of user-centered design and system constraints
Delivery-focused, outcome-driven, and collaborative
