Senior UX/UI Research/Developer
Summary
Senior UX/UI researcher/developer conducts qualitative research, creates journey maps and service blueprints, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to inform product design in Singapore.
· Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science/IT, Engineering or equivalent.
· Must have minimum 6-8 years of experience in UX Research with minimum 4-6 years of experience in qualitative research methods including both traditional and modern approaches
· Must have experience in qualitative methods and qualitative analysis techniques – thematic analysis and affinity mapping & producing deliverables – service design blueprints, journey maps, and process flows.
· Experience in defining research objectives to support the entire product lifecycle and applying user insights and synthesise timely insights into coherent, actionable deliverables
· Experience collaborating with Product, Tech, Data, and Business partners and strong understanding of product design processes and emerging technologies.
· Good to have experience with design and prototyping tools(e.g., Figma) and AI-augmented research methods and tools
· Good to have experience with quantitative research methods(e.g., surveys, A/B testing, product analytics, CSAT)
· Good to have experience working in Agile environment
· Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
