Senior VAL Operator, Operations

Salary: Up to $3,940
Location: ALPS Avenue (East)
Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8:25am – 5:45pm), Alternate Sat (8:20am – 12:30pm)

Job Scope

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, value-added services and dispatch activities.
• Supervise manpower, monitor productivity, inventory accuracy and ensure KPIs, service levels and delivery timelines are achieved.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, workplace safety, 5S standards and audit requirements while resolving operational issues.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, prepare operational reports and support warehouse projects and automation efforts.
  
  Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations within a logistics or contract logistics environment.
• Experience leading and managing operational teams of approximately 15 or more employees.
• Proven experience in inventory control, operational planning, and warehouse performance management.
• Exposure to continuous improvement, warehouse automation, and operational excellence initiatives would be advantageous.
• Positive mindset, strong team orientation, and a passion for learning and self-development.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and innovative with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
