Senior VAL Operator (Supervisor)

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and deploy the operations team; assign work and monitor attendance, performance and productivity; train and coach operators; coordinate daily warehouse or production activities; troubleshoot issues; monitor work quality; support inventory counts; and ensure accurate records and system transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent; at least 5 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or operations. At least 3 years of supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred. Experience leading blue-collar operational teams is highly advantageous.

Additional:

• Working days: Tuesday–Saturday
• Working hours: 1:00pm–10:45pm
