Senior Vice President, Enterprise Account Executive

Position Overview:

This role is built for someone who wants ownership. You'll be given a territory and the autonomy to run it — identifying and closing large-scale enterprise deals, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and growing our existing client base. It's a role with real accountability and real upside for the people who like both.

  • You build trust quickly and manage long, complex sales cycles with confidence
  • You're self-directed and take initiative without needing much oversight

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development (80%)

  • Take the lead in identifying large-scale enterprise opportunities within your assigned territory or vertical.
  • Build strategic relationships with senior executives, decision-makers, and influencers within prospective organizations.
  • Understand each client's business objectives and challenges, and position our solutions accordingly.
  • Deliver tailored, compelling product demos and pitches.
  • Manage complex sales cycles from lead generation through contract negotiation and close.
  • Develop and execute your own strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Sharpen your positioning on value, pricing, and competitive differentiation.
  • Build referral relationships through events, speaking engagements, and industry networking.
  • Grow your expertise in the philanthropic and nonprofit sector.

Account Development (15%)

  • Identify growth opportunities within your existing client base.
  • Manage accounts strategically to drive continued expansion.

Sales Planning and Operations (5%)

  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
  • Generate proposals and contracts to close deals efficiently.
  • Manage your sales cadence to keep opportunities moving through the funnel.
  • Partner with marketing, customer success, and product teams as needed to support client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay current on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and our product offerings.
