Senior Vice President, Head of National Accounts
Description
Your Daily Mission
The SVP, Head of National Accounts leads Centauri's enterprise strategy for the company's most important national health plan relationships. This executive owns the national accounts growth agenda, sets segmentation and coverage models, and directs a team of account executives responsible for expanding high-value relationships. This leader is accountable for driving 20%+ annual revenue growth across a $150M-250M+ portfolio and for ensuring multi-product penetration across member eligibility/retention, quality/risk adjustment and care management. This leader will be responsible for building a disciplined, consultative sales motion that connects Centauri’s solutions to the business priorities of health plans, including revenue optimization, quality, risk adjustment, eligibility, enrollment, member engagement, interoperability, and operational performance.
This is a senior commercial role requiring both strategic leadership and hands‑on execution. The SVP brings deep health plan market expertise, strong executive relationships, and the ability to coordinate complex growth efforts across Sales, Product, Legal, Implementation, Customer Success, and Delivery. Success is measured by durable client relationships, revenue growth, disciplined account planning, strong renewals, and consistent multi‑product expansion.
The SVP must bring a deep network of senior health plan executives, originate and close complex enterprise deals, and serve as executive sponsor for Centauri’s most strategic national health plan relationships. The ideal candidate is a proven growth operator with deep Medicare Advantage/Medicaid/Duals government program experience and a track record of scaling revenue in high‑visibility, cross‑functional environments.
