Advantest Test Solutions, Inc. (ATS), is looking for a Senior Vice President of Advantest Test Solutions Worldwide Operations to join our team in Lake Forest, CA. ATS is a leading provider of massively parallel electronic test systems that include System Level Test (SLT), burn-in and semiconductor/module tests. ATS has an exciting line of high-performance test systems that support the semiconductor industry around the world.

As Senior Vice President of Advantest Test Solutions (ATS) Worldwide Operations, you will lead the operational transformation and integration of ATS-owned manufacturing sites and their supporting supply base, including the strategic outsourcing of targeted product lines to contract manufacturing partners.

As a core member of the Corporate Supply Chain Group, you will create a sustainable competitive advantage by:

• Delivering exceptional performance in quality, cost, delivery, and inventory through leadership of ATS’s in-house manufacturing operations, outsourced manufacturing partners, and global supply base, primarily across Malaysia, Japan, and Taiwan.
• Enhancing the scalability and resilience of the ATS supply chain by transforming the current operating model into a fully integrated component of Advantest’s global supply chain network.
• Accelerating time to market and production scalability by embedding Design for Excellence (DfX) early in the product lifecycle and strengthening New Product Introduction (NPI) capabilities.
